KitchenGuard Pasadena is a marketing and referral website. When you submit a quote request, we collect information you provide, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, property ZIP code, service details, and scheduling needs.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review your request, communicate with you, operate and improve the website, prevent fraud or abuse, measure marketing performance, and connect eligible requests with independent local service providers.

Lead sharing

When you request service, your information may be shared with one or more independent service providers who may contact you about the requested service. Those providers operate independently and may have their own privacy practices.

Service providers and tools

Our quote request form is provided by Tally, which collects and stores form submissions on our behalf. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam, which may collect device and interaction information under Google's own privacy policy. This website is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server logs such as IP address and browser type. We do not currently place advertising or analytics trackers on this website. If that changes, we will update this section.

Data retention and requests
